It is hard to believe the year is almost over and I think we can all agree this has been a very unconventional year to say the least.
I must admit it was amazing this last week to see the breathtaking winter wonderland outside my window, and my thoughts turn to outdoor winter activities with Tam and the pets, as well as perfecting my cooking skills indoors with the comfort of a glowing fireplace. I miss the socializing already but we are committed to staying safe this season.
Who could have ever predicted the way this year turned out? A world pandemic, a record-breaking US election, the lowest Canadian mortgage rates in years and the hottest real estate market outside urban areas. The year 2020 will go into the history books as one of the more memorable years in modern history.
We have plenty of things to look forward to in 2021. Multiple vaccines plus new medications and equipment have been invented and produced in less than a year. Necessity is always the mother of invention. Controlling and defeating the Coronavirus is top of the list for 2021 for everyone in the world. Everyone wants to get back to our normal lives or safely restart their life under the new normal.
The one thing that became very apparent this year is the realization that “how you live” and “where you live” is of paramount importance. Many individuals, couples and families made the leap this year to move permanently to our area or at least get that second home in South Georgian Bay.
Whether you may be considering investing in real estate, or you are ready to downsize, upsize or perhaps selling just to liquidate, know that I will be here for you, to answer any questions, to provide you with a bespoke experience and to help guide you in your real estate journey.
I wish you and your loved ones a safe, happy and prosperous Holiday Season.
We know there may be some adjustment in our winter activities, but there is still lots we can do to enjoy this season in our area.
A Real Estate Company that Gives Back
There are two organizations near and dear to our hearts, Special Olympics and the Georgian Triangle Humane Society (GTHS).
We proudly donate a portion of our income from real estate sales to both organizations.
As you probably know, Special Olympics has impacted the lives of its athletes in profound ways, most notably in building self confidence, friendships and self-esteem.
The GTHS is a non-profit charity that operates an animal center serving the south Georgian Bay region by providing shelter for homeless animals and adopting them to caring families.
And remember… Your Referrals Help Continue the Life Changing Work by Special Olympics and The GTHS! We are on a quest to raise $25,000 for these organizations!
This is where you come in… If you or anyone you know is considering making a move, we would like to offer them a FREE No Obligation to Sell Consultation to discuss just how they can make their move, get what they want and do it with the least hassle.
Simply call me direct at 705-441-5800 or forward my number on.
Here is the breakdown by neighbourhood
