We all know what this time of the year means. The days are getting longer, the temperature is getting warmer and that means we will spend more time outdoors. Thankfully we live in an area that provides plenty of options when it comes to outdoor activities such as bike trails, hiking routes, waterfalls, golf courses, tennis courts, and of course water activities on Georgian Bay.

But what about your backyard outdoor space?

Spring is the perfect time to revamp your backyard outdoor space. Whether you choose to do a complete makeover or you just want to add some minor touches that will contribute to making your outdoor space inviting and relaxing. Some outdoor throw pillows, a hammock, a cozy fireplace, planters or outdoor lighting are great and inexpensive ways to improve your backyard area.

Please feel free to reach out to me if you would like to know what home improvements may add value to your home or just to say hello.

YOU WILL BE MISSED

It is with great sadness that we bid farewell to our dear friend Andrea Kane.

Andrea was an incredible woman. She worked with us at our Brokerage from the beginning and Tam and I had the pleasure of knowing her for so many years prior to that. She was smart, caring, friendly, and was always keen on lending a hand.

Andrea kept everyone at the Brokerage in line. We are thankful for the memories. She will be greatly missed.

CHARITIES TOUCH ALL OF OUR LIVES

Every day charities touch our lives in ways we don’t often realize. They enrich our lives with art, culture, and fund lifesaving research. They are also there when Canadians need support through food banks, crisis lines, and more.

For 20 years, CanadaHelps has supported Canadian charities by building technology to increase giving in Canada. To celebrate their 20th anniversary, they are shining a spotlight on charities in Canada. Click HERE to watch the short videos and learn more about some amazing organizations.

A Real Estate Company that Gives Back

This year we have decided to support three magnificent organizations that are near and dear to our hearts, Special Olympics and the Georgian Triangle Humane Society (GTHS) and The Living Wish Foundation.
We proudly donate a portion of our income from real estate sales to all three of these organizations.

As you probably know, Special Olympics has impacted the lives of its athletes in profound ways, most notably in building self confidence, friendships and self-esteem.

The GTHS is a non-profit charity that operates an animal center serving the South Georgian Bay region by providing shelter for homeless animals and adopting them to caring families.

The Living Wish Foundation is devoted to making the world a better place helping terminally ill patients re-frame hope and realize their dreams.
And remember… Your Referrals Help Continue the Life Changing Work by Special Olympics, The GTHS and The Living Wish Foundation!

This is where you come in… If you or anyone you know is considering making a move, we would like to offer a FREE No Obligation to Sell Consultation.
