James began his career in the real estate business after holding leadership positions with the NHL and OHL for several years. The time he spent in this highly competitive industry enabled him to strongly develop his work ethic, perseverance, integrity, team spirit and competitive drive. James is known to see opportunities rather than obstacles, to negotiate with strategy and strength and to communicate openly and honestly.

When James is not working you will find him surrounded by his family and friends. James is still a passionate hockey leader as a head coach within minor hockey system and part of their Minor Hockey Executive. James is an active member within the community, sitting on the Economic and Tourism Committee. His passions outside of work are his children Keagan & Isla and his wife Jen, hockey, golf, BBQ smoking and craft breweries.
